Our Partnership

Working Agreement

This is the foundation of how we work together. Your commitment to these principles is what creates the transformation.

Confidentiality

Everything shared within our coaching partnership remains strictly confidential. This is your safe space to think, process, and grow without judgment.

Full Presence

Please arrive ready to engage. Minimize distractions and give yourself permission to be fully in the room.

Honesty and Openness

The more open you are about where you are struggling, the faster and deeper the breakthroughs will come. There is no judgment here.

Cancellation Policy

Live sessions require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are considered used and will not be made up.

90-Day Container

All sessions, deliverables, and support must be scheduled, scoped, and completed within the active 90-day partnership period. The window does not extend due to unused time or payment delays.

Payment

Work begins after payment is received. If a scheduled payment is not received, coaching sessions and deliverable work will pause until payment is brought current.

Communication

Email is available between sessions for questions and support. Expect a response within 36 hours. Dr. Cherry does not respond while in session with another client.

Do I have to use my sessions on a specific schedule?

No. Your partnership is flexible. Some clients use sessions close together during an active transition. Others spread them across 90 days. You are trusted to use your time in the way that best supports your situation. The boundary is that all sessions, deliverables, and support must take place within the active 90-day window.

What are Dr. Cherry's working hours?

Dr. Cherry generally operates on West Coast time. Normal business availability is typically between 12:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. West Coast time. Client office hours are generally Mondays and Fridays. Sessions are scheduled in advance based on mutual availability. She does not respond to texts or emails while working with another client.

How quickly can I expect a response?

You can generally expect a response within 36 hours. The same presence and focus you receive during your session is the same presence and focus she gives to every client.

Are deliverables included in Package 2?

Yes. Package 2 may include up to six reasonable, agreed-upon deliverables connected to the coaching partnership. These may include customized tools, frameworks, clarity maps, messaging support, strategy documents, or other resources. All deliverables must be specific, finite, and agreed upon before work begins.

Can unused session time be converted into deliverable time?

Yes. Within the active 90-day partnership, unused session time may be converted into agreed-upon deliverable time. This conversion must be agreed upon before the work begins. Unused session time does not convert after the 90-day partnership ends.

When is the latest I should request a deliverable?

As a general guideline, deliverable requests should be made no later than Day 85 of the partnership. This allows time to clarify the request, confirm the scope, complete the work, and deliver something useful. Deliverables cannot be requested, started, or completed after the 90-day window closes.

What is not included unless agreed upon in writing?

Unlimited texting or email access, unlimited document review, full business implementation, administrative or project management support, full website, funnel, or AI system buildout, large-scale research projects, emergency or same-day turnaround, and work outside the agreed package scope.

Why is Package 2 priced at $3,000?

Dr. Cherry's standard private coaching value is $2,500 per session. Package 2 includes up to six sessions, representing a standard value of $15,000. The $3,000 investment is a Friends & Family rate created for those in Dr. Cherry's inner circle. This is not a discounted version of the work. It is the full depth of Dr. Cherry's coaching offered at a special relationship-based investment.

What is the difference between Package 2 and the Fractional Chief AI Officer Partnership?

Package 2 is a 90-day coaching and strategy partnership. It helps you think, decide, clarify, and receive selected customized support. The Fractional Chief AI Officer Partnership is a higher-level engagement for clients who need deeper buildout, implementation, AI integration, business assets, messaging systems, or strategic execution.
